Leadership
Peregrine Clean is a family-owned business. The Fatrouni family leads every aspect of the company, from client relationships to on-site compliance.
Hussain leads the business, managing client relationships, business development and strategic direction. He is the primary contact for new client enquiries, contract negotiations and site assessments.
Zena oversees all operational delivery, staff management and compliance programs. She is responsible for the systems and processes that underpin our service quality, including digital registers, inspection reporting and staff credentialing.
Zain manages the day-to-day operational workflow, scheduling, site coordination and client communications. He ensures services are delivered on time, to standard and in line with client expectations.
Zak is responsible for on-site supervision and day-to-day management across assigned sites. He ensures cleaning standards are maintained, staff are supported and any site issues are resolved promptly.
Aaron manages the financial operations of the group, overseeing accounts, reporting and compliance to ensure the business remains financially sound and well-governed.
Laiz leads cleaning operations across a major community organisation head office, ensuring consistent standards, attention to detail and professional service delivery on every shift.
Luane specialises in short-stay cleaning, managing turnovers and maintaining a high standard of presentation across every property she services.
Ruth leads cleaning operations across NDIS client sites, delivering sensitive and person-centred cleaning services that meet the standards required in disability support environments.
